Refund policy

Products

All our soaps are handmade, hand-cut, hand-labelled & packed by us, therefore, size, shape and design may vary from product to product.

 

 Returns / Exceptions / Non-returnable 

We love our soaps, and we hope you will too. All soaps are checked, inspected and hand packed by us before shipping.  If for any reason you are unhappy then please let us know by emailing us at contact@dzaiii.com  Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of receipt.

You have the right to open the package and check the contents, but we emphasize that the product must be returned unused and in a saleable condition. Original packaging, price labels shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

We will refund you within 10 days after receiving the product. Sadly, Dzaiii does not offer free shipping on returns. You are responsible for any return shipping costs for shipping the item(s) back to us. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please contact for any returns. 
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
